General principles
- We aim to be fair and transparent. If something is not as described, contact us within the timeframes below.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
- Processing times after approval: typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card network.
Digital products (downloads, templates, guides)
- If files are defective or not as described, request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Where applicable consumer laws grant a right of withdrawal, you acknowledge this right may not apply once the download or streaming begins, if you consented to immediate delivery.
- We may request a brief description or screenshot to verify the issue so we can fix it for you and other users.
Events (tickets, workshops, webinars)
- Cancellations up to 7 calendar days before the event: full refund.
- Within 7 days: we’ll try to transfer your ticket to a later session or provide a partial refund at our discretion if we can reallocate your seat.
- If we cancel or materially reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a new date.
Consulting or 1:1 sessions
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund or a free reschedule.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged up to 50% to cover reserved time.
- No‑shows (10 minutes past start time without notice) may be charged in full.
Services already delivered
Once a service is delivered (e.g., a completed consultation), refunds are generally not available. If you believe a material issue occurred, contact us and we’ll review in good faith.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, resolution may take longer. Please email [email protected] so we can help promptly.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your order ID, the product/service name, purchase email, and reason.
- We’ll confirm receipt within 2 business days and may ask for clarifying info.
- Once approved, we’ll process the refund within 5–10 business days.
Taxes and fees
Any applicable taxes are refunded in accordance with local regulations. Non‑recoverable payment processor fees may be deducted where permitted by law and the processor’s rules.
Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect new products or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
